LIABILITY WAIVER All customers are required to fill out a liability waiver prior to bungee jumping. Customers under the age if 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the liability waiver prior to bungee jumping. You may print out the waiver, fill it out and bring it to the bridge. waiver download >> CANCELLATION POLICY Customer is entitled to full refund if cancellation is made prior to pick up. Customer will be charged 50% of the fee if cancellation is made after pick and drop off at the site. No refund will be made if customer cancels after being harnessed. By submitting this form the customer is aware of the cancellation policy.
